The task at hand was of paramount importance: to find a visionary CEO, a leader who would steer Minstead Trust towards an era of unprecedented growth and impact. This critical role demanded a strategic thinker with extensive experience in commissioned services, social enterprise, charity leadership, and the ability to motivate a diverse workforce.

Charisma embarked on a meticulous search, carefully evaluating potential candidates from across the diverse realms of social enterprise, leadership, and disability services. The firm's consultants sought an individual who not only possessed the necessary skills and experience but also embodied Minstead Trust's values of empowerment, compassion, and innovation.

To uncover the most exceptional talent, Charisma employed a diverse approach, encompassing a comprehensive advertising and marketing campaign, targeted headhunting, and a thorough search of its extensive network. This strategic approach ensured that Charisma cast a wide net, attracting a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates.

From this initial pool, Charisma carefully selected 23 individuals for in-depth interviews, meticulously assessing their credentials, experience, and motivations. Each candidate underwent a rigorous interview process, providing insights into their leadership style, strategic thinking, and their ability to connect with Minstead Trust's mission.

Following this rigorous screening process, Charisma presented Minstead Trust with a shortlist of 12 exceptional candidates. Through in-depth interviews, presentations, site tours, and workshop exercises, Charisma's consultants gained a deeper understanding of the candidates' leadership qualities, strategic vision, and their ability to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities facing the organisation.

After careful consideration, Minstead Trust made the decision to appoint an exceptional individual to the role of CEO. This successful appointment exemplified Charisma's unwavering commitment to finding the perfect fit, ensuring that Minstead Trust would be guided by an individual who possessed not only the necessary expertise but also the passion, leadership acumen, and dedication to empowering individuals with learning disabilities.
